Our experience with this dealership was not prestige, it was horrible, lacked consideration and demonstrated a lack of service and integrity to the customer. We purchased our vehicle on 12/31 and gave you an additional day to prepare it for pickup. On this day we met with our sales rep Robert to confirm the final details of transferring our plates over from our trade in car to the new vehicle. We all agreed on the request. This did not happen and it was completely unacceptable. We learned we were issued new plates on Monday. Our specific instructions were not followed. We spoke to Robert who manages this process who did not have a care in the world as what the dealership did. Your staff has NO REGARD that they placed a new customer in a situation to have a lapse of insurance coverage possible license suspension, additional insurance fee costs AND the headache of wasting time at DMV. There solution was to look into the situation with the DMV clerk and call us back. The commitment was NOT HONORED. Your rep did not even bother to call us back to let us know if we had to accept the new plates or if the transfer was possible. Not only did he not live up to what he said he was going to do BUT he then proceeded to call me and my spouse a liar - exact words he used to a CUSTOMER. My husband been in law enforcement his whole life I am an executive to one of the largest home improvement companies in America never have we ever been so disrespected in our entire life. To manage this mess I had to track down my sales rep also called Robert. Inquire as to what we agreed - he confirms my understanding and in the same breath tells us once the sale is done his hands are out the process. Bull - if your customer is not going to get what they asked for you have an obligation to call let them know so they manage accordingly. This matter costs me two days of MY TIME to resolve, additional insurance costs, a trip to DMV and your guys getting away with pulling xxxxxxxx on customers. I incurred costs and time, I paid you a fee to process all this xxxx and it was not done. I want the fee recouped and the costs recovered. Calling a customer a liar, screwing up their plates putting insurance at jeopardy is not a small matter and using my time to do your job is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying anything with this level of incompetence and down right disrespect to speak to Customers this way. More

Another great service thanks to Claus. Claus knows us and our cars. We have confidence in his recommendations. Today, I dropped off my car with no waiting and was delivered very courteous Claus knows us and our cars. We have confidence in his recommendations. All the work was complete, the car was clean and I was on my way with no disruption to my routine. More

Dying battery problem identified/fixed at end of day. My S60 kept blinking en route to Appointments. Drove into dealership. Klaus got on it and identified problem and personally handled. Even when my 2nd lease was from a different dealer, I still used Prestige in Englewood for service. I highly recommend Prestige Englewood for sales, leases and services. Free car wash to boot !! More
