Conflicted!!! Unfortunately, my recent experience was tainted by rude and disrespectful sales employees. Although my car was taken care of with excellence and care, Unfortunately, my recent experience was tainted by rude and disrespectful sales employees. Although my car was taken care of with excellence and care, I unfortunately had a terrible experience while waiting for my car to be repaired. A lovely gentleman from the service department suggested that I wait upstairs comfortably in the lounge area, so I did. This is one of things I really enjoyed and appreciated about Prestige Volvo, their commitment to giving their clients a full service, well treated experience. This is also the dealership I purchased my car from and up til now I have had a lovely experience. However on this day I was met with disrespectful, insensitive, and vulgar banter between two of the sales team members. While reading my book I over heard, what I believed to be two of the salesmen laughing and joking around loudly with each other. During their banter, I heard one of the men say to the other, "You are a xxxxxx!" Imagine my surprise when I heard this. I could not believe that they felt so comfortable to speak this way in a professional environment, where people buy vehicles from $40,000 - $100,00 or more. During this same conversation between the salesmen, they spoke on women and joked about Donald Trump in very inappropriate ways. As a person who works in an environment that prides itself on its professionalism, I have been taught that conversations of these sorts have no place in the work space. I am sadden that my experience with Prestige Volvo has been tainted and made filthy by experiencing the negative ignorance of a couple of employees. I'm unsure if they are a reflection on the entire dealership or just themselves, like I said before I have only had a positive experience up until now. However, Prestige Volvo's next steps with their employees will make it clear on how they view their expectations of them. I do plan to keep in touch to see how things play out. More

Prompt service. Excellent loaner. Claus was the service manager who handled my visit. He explained all aspects of the service and was responsive to any questions I had. I had mentioned that during my NYS Car inspection I had been told that I had a loose wheel bearing. I asked him to look into it. A new loaner car was made available. When the car had been inspected Claus called to say that I needed to replace both wheel bearings. He explained the safety aspect of the repair as well as my alternatives. I was free to keep the loaner until the parts could be secured and the car repaired. As always, everything was explained clearly and I was apprised of my options before service went forward. More
