Tried calling for an appointment and got voicemail with no callback. Sent request for service on line, and no appointments were available. Received a text response that someone would call. No call. Called for an appointment this am and I needed a loaner next appointment is 1 month from now for check engine lite. What's the point in having dealership loyalty when the dealership doesn't have any loyalty to customer. I was told I could drop off car as an "emergency" and it would be seen in "3-5 days". I guess that works when you have your own backup vehicle, which I do not. Every time this dealership is bought the customer loyalty, compassion and relationship goes downhill. More
