My experience with Volvo at Englewood this morning was amazing. My car was picked up once I arrived and the service representative was so kind, informative and made sure I’ll get the car much earlier. I g amazing. Had appointment time chosen by Stephanie for 10:10! am to have car fixed . By 4pm never heard from anyone. After calling for update multiple times with only voice and no call back at 5 pm called sales t am to have car fixed . By 4pm never heard from anyone. After calling for update multiple times with only voice and no call back at 5 pm called sales to transfer call to service who took messsagefor Jack to call me. 10 min later Jack called stating we brought car in late (their assigned appointment time) and he couldn’t look at the car till now. Said it was a leak around windshield (which we told him when made appointment. He then gave a price for sealing the windshield but also kept repeating that glass could crack and then need to replace glass as well . He repeated this as if it was inevitable. He also said carpet was very wet and it would be an additional $1500 to take out seats and carpet to dry. The carpet was not wet when I dropped off the car nor was it wet when I picked up the car after declining service for his estimate of almost $2700 Took car to a local autobody shop who used the glass person from another Volvo dealer and had the job done in 1 day taking less than 2 hours , did not crack glass and only had to reseal the windshield . They even kept car garaged over night to make sure it dried correctly because it was raining that day all for a little over $400 This dealer saw an older woman that he thought he could take advantage of 30 year Volvo car owner Definitely do not recommend this dealer despite buying this car from them originally. More

Today was a terrible day, I found a car late at night that was I was interested in. I waited Until 9 am to talk to a service representative to see if there were any flexibility on the pricing. I already have received my financing and live primarily in Maryland, prepare to drive in and pick the car up. My sale associated Anthony was very rude and fussed about how much money they were loosing on the car even though it was been sitting for over 100 days. I don’t require much customer service however courtesy and sincerity is important. I called back to talk to a manager and of course no one is available. Please be careful with this dealership. I will also be writing a letter to corporate because no one should feel like this when spending your hard earned money. More
