Purchased a used car in April of this year. Shortly afterwards my daughter was pulled over and the cop told her the car was not registered. I contacted Volvo and was told this would be fixed Shortly afterwards my daughter was pulled over and the cop told her the car was not registered. I contacted Volvo and was told this would be fixed . A few weeks later i was pulled over and told once again the car is not to be driven cause they can impound it for not being legally registered. Sasha Ortiz and Matt Haiken.(Owner) have been working on this for several months and its still not resolved. I am paying for a car i can not drive and my last several requests regarding this have not been answered with any solutions. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!! More

Just bought a brand new XC 40 AWD Pure ultra. Dealt with Aldo Salcedo and he was great. No pressure just helped with the questions about car and discussing price. Love the car. I am a tech incompetent and could not( cannot ) set anyhting up despite how easy and user friendly it is. After purchase he sat with me ( no prior appointment) and gave me a lesson and set everyhting up for me. Great palce to buy a car and completely different experience from my last experience with Audi who literally forgot all about me after check cleared for purchase. More

Volvo Englewood is keep ERAISING my GOOGLE REVIEW so I am posting here. WORST experience ever with Sales person JESUS. I don’t normally write reviews even when I had negative service or experience. I had ne posting here. WORST experience ever with Sales person JESUS. I don’t normally write reviews even when I had negative service or experience. I had never written a single review in my life. but I had very negative/uncomfortable experience with Sales person JESUS that I had to write reviews first time in my life. I visited the dealer Yesterday to lightly check on electric c40 vehicle because we needed 2nd car. Wife and I were considering tesla or some other brand’s electric vehicle. I’ve always liked volvo’s scandi design. So I visited the dealer to get some sense. I wanted to hear some specs and approximate leasing cost etcs. Casual questions ; I wanted to know approximate monthly payment (rough numbers like $$$-$$$ish per month, doesn't have to be exact) so that I can match and compare to my budget. I understand that it is difficult to tell the numbers unless we are on the table but what i simply wanted to know was ROUGH numbers for monthly. But he never was willing to give me the answer saying he don’t know and instead asking what kind of job i do. I MEAN Who ask those kind of question before we are on the table? I have never met sales person who ask what kind of job customer do even on contract process. (Was he prejudging that I look like whose not going to afford the car? Or prejudging I’m not serious customer just wasting his time, idk but God that was what i felt from his attitude. terrible experience ) The way he replying to my questions and asking back me questions, and the tonality of his question, i uncomfortably felt he was judging inside that I’m not a serious customer. And that made feel VERY VERY uncomfortable. Interested Customer can become Serious Customer by one good sales person. And that is how I purchased our family’s Car. Such a terrible experience with the judging attitude by Jesus. Later I talked with Sales person Jason (because I was uncomfortable with Jesus I asked concierge lady to introduce me other agent and she kindly did) and Jason was very Kind and provided me a good info that I wanted to know. I might visit back the dealer with my wife working with Jason. But the whole experience with Jesus was so uncomfortable experience that i might go to different location Volvo dealer or go with tesla. It is sad and shameful when customer can sense that sales person is pre-judging inside asking nonsense question trying to see if customer’s serious or not which he clearly was treating me like i’m just a guy whose not going to buy. Attitude clearly shows. Which i think is called VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. That is how I honestly felt at the end. I don’t know what he has to say if he sees this review, but with any reasons he comes up with it doesn’t change that it was TERRIBLE experience that’s for sure does not change. And that affects huge negativity on the whole impression of the dealership and the brand. Shame. More
