Pretty upset about the service. Brought the car in for a tachometer issue - was asked if I wanted a service on top of the diagnostic so I said sure. I expected a call about the diag Brought the car in for a tachometer issue - was asked if I wanted a service on top of the diagnostic so I said sure. I expected a call about the diagnostic before any work went into the car. But instead they did a $450 service on a car that had a major issue!! In total I was charged $859 to service a car that was now junk. They should always diagnose a car before doing a major service and ask the customer what they want to do to proceed! In top of that, everyone in the service department was rude. More
