So, I just went into the office with my car key in hand. The office staff seemed lively, friendly, busy and engaged. Checkin was courteous, easy and pleasant. Happy to learn if a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street. Brought back a cup and sat in a neat, clean waiting area. That was nice. Before I knew it, my car was ready! Way faster than anticipated. Checkout went smoothly. The gentleman explained his my car was serviced and what remained to be dine at a later scheduled visit. Like I said…an overall, pleasant experience.
