People extremely friendly but felt I got a bit ripped off. Last year when I had only 3591 miles on the car I wasn't charged for the oil change and tune up. This year I only have 5632 miles on the car and was told I was getting the 30,000 mile tuneup. Did I really need that? I did expect to be charged something but not $460.97. More
