This service appointment took four hours while there were four people in the waiting room. I was told that a lot of work needed to be done on my car and the costs of the parts would be around $4,000. They are also terrible at answering the phones although there are several people at the desks at all times. I had to call three times to make my first service appointment and called three more times to attempt to get the needed repairs. I was never called back, nor did I ever get an answer within business hours. I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. More
We were in a tough situation, needed a windshield installed asap after a 3 month wait working with our insurance company. Prestige found a windshield and installed quickly. Turned out it was the incorrect windshield but installed it temporarily until the correct one arrives insuring we were able to use our car which we were unable to do so for 3 months. More

have used the dealership in the past because they are convenient to my work and have been very accommodating with their shuttle. A few weeks ago I called to arrange service for my car, at the time I stressed the fact that I would need a ride back to work with the shuttle as they were having me drop it off at 10:30 a.m. rather than my usual 7:30 a.m. As a side caveat, the young woman who took my appointment did not know what the service included and how much it would cost. When I inquired she gave me two different prices. I reached out to a service advisor and he sent me the information. Today as I dropped off my car early for my 10:30 appointment I again stressed that I needed the shuttle, the young woman inside told me 10 to 15 minutes, then she told me 10 minutes, then I waited for 40 and at 45 minutes I lost my patience. The service advisor was alerted and she quickly arranged a ride for me back to work. At 4:14 this afternoon I received a call from Rick telling me that my car was ready for pickup. Again I said I needed the shuttle, he said I would be getting a phone call to arrange pickup. At 6:10 tonight I sent Rick an email to tell him that no one had called me to arrange pickup. I live almost 60 miles away and was left in Stamford tonight stranded without my car because this dealership could not follow through on their promise. Not sure where customer service has gone in our country, just want to remind you all that I work every day, and because I work and have a car that needs service you all get to work. Shame on you prestige Volkswagen Update... Contacted the GM. He told me he works contact me the next day because he was in a meeting...PS... Communication between service department and parts is horrible.
