The woman at the front desk was less then friendly. She also mumbled on the phone and when I got my car. Also what happens to washing and vacuuming after service? Very accommodating. I wish I was told no pets in the loaner cars. Before I got there. I had my dog to take to the vet had to take him go back home and drop him off. 250. Would highly recommend this dealership. Minus a few small scheduling/pick-up issues and having to come back the next day to have the factory shipping film coating removed due to the buffer Minus a few small scheduling/pick-up issues and having to come back the next day to have the factory shipping film coating removed due to the buffer machine breaking, everything else was great. Matt Brickel was great through the entire process. He spent so much time with me to pick out the car and made sure I got everything I wanted. He also spent a lot of time with me to learn all the awesome car features and he fixed my misspelled name with the CT DMV records. Aamir Salim was my financing guy and he got me a great deal. I would say calling him is your best bet to get what you need. Overall, recommend! More
