Experience wasn’t great. Had to pay another $800 for a boots(?) job after spending $746 for a 150,000 mile service check. Also when I asked the manager for my 10% loyalty discount, he was very rude & reluctantly gave me the discount. Labor costs are too high &VW no longer offers free car wash. When money comes in, they are very friendly but as soon as the payment is made, they don’t care of customers. I’m a loyal client at VW and came to ask for another business. I called to the store and asked the receptionist and left a message with my email address but I’ve never received any email from him. Very disappointed. I’m a good customer and I wanted to do business with him but maybe I should ask the other sales associate who is trustworthy and reliable from next time. More

It was difficult to schedule an appointment. In person service was so much better. Was offered complimentary service.
