Conveniently located, but minimal amenities on sight (for instance, coffee machine broken). Service professionals did not provide sufficient information regarding remaining life of brake pads on prior v instance, coffee machine broken). Service professionals did not provide sufficient information regarding remaining life of brake pads on prior visit. Before the next scheduled visit the pads were done and while waiting for an appointment (scheduling is a pain here) the wheels went metal on metal. Costly repairs that could and should have been avoided. Every other dealership and service shop I have used has provided this guidance. These employees just wave their hands and say every car is different. Disappointing, but I prepaid for service when I bought the car. So stuck with these guys for a while. More
