They have always been available when I needed them for service. Once I had a tire issue on the side of the highway and my spare was put on. Does not seem that organized. Think work is fine. Did not have my reservation which I made by phone. Should confirm by email or text. Plus did not reset oil change light. At VW Ma Think work is fine.
