Micheal was excellent. He was very kind and worked with me on the price of my tires. Which I appreciated. The wait times were very long. Just for a programming of a replace He was very kind and worked with me on the price of my tires. Which I appreciated. The wait times were very long. Just for a programming of a replacement key fob I was quoted 2 hours. I also needed two tires and a programming of software which took a total of 6 hours. I find this to be a huge ask for the customer to wait that long. Also the waiting area is wide open in the dealership where you can over hear conversations from the employees. I understand most customers live in the surrounding areas but I didn’t have that option as I am one car household. More

Great customer service! But I had to bring the car back for the same issue a few weeks after having it serviced which may not have had anything to do with the service. But they were very accommodating and helped me get to work and back while they serviced it through a shuttle one time and a loaner the next. More
