I was forced into purchasing products by Mr. Aamir Salami the finance manager as a condition of buying the car. He kept pushing the “etch” product which I knew nothing about and his explanation Aamir Salami the finance manager as a condition of buying the car. He kept pushing the “etch” product which I knew nothing about and his explanation of the product benefits was terrible and of no value to me. When I questioned him, he told my salesman to come in to talk with me and as he was leaving the room told us “nothing is coming off”. He then came back, still agitated and treating me badly, and said he would switch products to “gap” even though he had previously said all cars get etch per the dealer owner! He just kept lying to me and making things up to get me to buy these products. Then, after 45 minutes, I asked him about the one product I did see value in, tire and wheel protection. His first words were “let me be honest with you” so I knew again he was lying. He told me a price which was way too high and when I explained my thinking he immediately knocked $200 off! Mr. Aamir Salami was not transparent with the pricing and his sales skills leave lots to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership and I’m contacting CT DMV to file a complaint because my quoted payment included these products and I was coerced to buy something I didn’t need. More

No pushy sales team, after test drive, did not even ask for cell or email. Todd was great.
