I worked with Tammy Phillips on locating and purchasing a 2023 GTI in trim S. Tammy was not pushy even though they only had a trim SE in stock at the time. She understood the price point I wanted to be at, a 2023 GTI in trim S. Tammy was not pushy even though they only had a trim SE in stock at the time. She understood the price point I wanted to be at, and was able to convince another dealership to trade one of their allocations with Prestige in order to fullfill what I wanted. Being out of town, Tammy made me felt royal. She kept me up to date from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. Even after I drove off the lot and had some question regarding the temporary plate and registration, she was responsive and made me felt important. The times when Tammy shard the car status, window sticker, made me realized that she cared, passionate about what she does, and shared the same excitement with the buyer. Tammy was always professional with her communication and responsive. I highly recommend reaching out to her for your VW questions and needs. More

I had ordered the ID. 4 model in August 2022 and wondered when I would ever take delivery. In June 2023 the folks at Prestige helped me find the model I was waiting for a f 4 model in August 2022 and wondered when I would ever take delivery. In June 2023 the folks at Prestige helped me find the model I was waiting for a few months earlier than VW was telling me (October 2023). Everything went well and the staff was very helpful. More
