As soon as I walked in I knew this dealer was different than any I had been to in the past. Everyone I met there was very upbeat and positive. Our Salesman, Franklin, was very knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I never felt pressured in any way. After buying the car, Franklin took the time to explain all the features in the car to my daughter, as well as set up the bluetooth for her. Edward, the sales manager was also terrific. . He was so appreciative of our repeat business, he couldn't say it enough. Eric, in finance, made the 'paperwork" process a very simple and pleasant one. Everyone was friendly and courteous and there were none of those games played by other dealers. Alex J (sales consultant) was patient with us as we went for a long test drive and then couldn't decide on a color. He had two vehicles brought to the lot and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product. Edward S (the sales manager) was incredibly fair and honest in our negotiations and we were very pleased with the final terms and conditions. Eric G (finance manager) was efficient and professional as we completed the transaction paperwork.
