Everything about this experience was excellent. It was easy to get an appointment. The shuttle was not immediately available so someone gave me a ride home in my car. I rarely bring any of my cars to dealers, preferring to use a trusted local mechanic. But my VW had some problems that my mechanic misdiagnosed. So I reluctantly brought it to Prestige VW of Stamford. They use a trusted local mechanic. But my VW had some problems that my mechanic misdiagnosed. So I reluctantly brought it to Prestige VW of Stamford. They were incredibly diligent from my first contact, through successful repairs and their follow-up was very appreciated. I had extensive work done and feel the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use Prestige again. More

I have been servicing my vehicle with this dealership since July 2011. The service exerience I have had with the drealership and the asociate I speak with (Jon Stierle) has been nothing but outstanding. since July 2011. My car is always serviced properly and returned to me cleaned and vacuumed. I always get transportation to and from my office on a timely and efficient basis. The pricing of the work is fair. My check engine light came on and I called Eric M. And he told me to stop by after work. They took me right away and scanned my car and recognized the problem ,had the part available and fixed my car righ he told me to stop by after work. They fixed the problem washed and vacuumed my car and I was on my way. Eric is a pleasure to deal with always trying to accommodate what's easiest for the customer. More
