I am truly impressed with Prestige Volkswagen, especially Ann Roufs and Eric Goldstein. I can not say enough positive things about my experience. I have already recommended Prestige VW to my mother who is in the market for a vehicle and I will certainly return for future car purchases. Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford - to the rescue! As a teacher, I wait all year for the first day of summer vacation. This year that day started with a flat tire. Prestige Volkswagen turned the situation around by fixing my tire fast, processing the wheel and tire claim (special policy I purchased - you should too) so I didn't have to pay for it and got me out fast. On top of it all, they were friendly and very accommodating. Thanks to Prestige Volkswagen in Stamford my first day of summer vacation, even though it started with a flat tire, was still a great day! I have a lot of cars in my life and dealt with other Volkswagen dealerships in the area - they don't come any better than Prestige. If you are in the market for a car you should check them out. More

I dropped off my car for a scheduled service and recall repair at 11 am. At 4 pm, they called to say they were overbooked and never looked at my car. Barely an apology was offered, just asked when I wanted to reschedule. Horrible customer service and very inconsiderate of customers time. More
