Our sales consultant Tim was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and patient, which made the whole experience pleasant. He even took time to follow up after the sale, which was reassuring and professional. Additionally, the dealership's business manager walked us through every step of the purchasing process, which was also very helpful. It's been a month, and we're thrilled with the car (a 2013 VW Golf). We plan to bring it back to Stamford for any future service/maintenance. Thanks, Prestige! More

I had made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10,000 miles. I thought I had made it for this dealership, but I had mistakenly made it for the dealship in Stratford. I'm new to CT, so I didn't realize my mistake until I showed up at Prestige. I had asked if I could make an appointment there for another day, but Jon said he would find out if they could take me that day. He came back and said that they could take care of my car that day. During the service Jon came to me and said there was a problem with one of my tires. He showed me pictures of the gash that was there. Needless to say, I needed a new tire. They did all of this and had me out of there in a couple of hours. I really appreciate them taking my car that day and finding the problem with my tire. The service department was very busy and I was basically a walk in because of my own mix up. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to be around. I found the dealership to be very clean, tidy and comfortable. They have a really nice group of people working there and I found them very informative. More

I was in the market for a 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI base model with a manual Transmission. This was a tough car to find. I traveled from Long Island to pick up the vehicle and Fred came right over to pick me up from the local train station. After the sale he was very thorough in his "walk through" of the vehicle making sure I knew how to operate each system on the vehicle. He knows his product and it shows!
