From the very start, Franklin was approachable, patient and just an all-around good guy. Ed and Eric were also great and we even had a lot of fun, despite the whole process of talking figures. In the end, I decided to go with VW because of the friendly and professional environment. I know I made the right decision! More

My experience, or the product (in this case both) must be of exceptional quality and perhaps even exceeding expectations in order to warrant a review from me. Again, in this case, both of these examples came true. I have also written reviews for products that failed to impress, however, this is certainly not the case. I will say for the purpose of this review I am military. As a member of the Armed Forces, I take advantage of USAA and their products. They have a car buying service available to members that allows for outstanding savings on new and used cars. I presented the price USAA said I could get for my 2016 GTI and there was no hassle what-so-ever. I also received the trade value I was seeking. Ann was wonderful during the entire process. Her kindness, expertise in the field, and professionalism shinned. I can say the same for every single individual I worked with during the process. Even those who were not directly involved with my sale made it a point to greet me every single time I walked in. I felt welcome and certainly not out of place; something that does not always happen at car dealerships. Being military also means I travel a lot. Although this is only the third car I have purchased, I have been to many dealerships for maintenance along the way. Without a doubt (and it's not even close) this is the most professional, welcoming, comfortable dealership atmosphere/business I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this establishment for any and all car buying needs. My only regret is that I will be moving in less than a year and will have to find another dealership for service when that happens! Bravo Prestige, Bravo. And thank you Ann for everything. I almost forgot, I came in early on a Saturday and Ann offered catered lunch while I waited. I excepted. Duh :) More
A++++!!!!!!! Beyond Satisfied! Unbelievably NOT stressful ok... so long story short, this place is A+++++++++!!!!! If you were to asked me on a scale of 1-10 of my satisfaction, I'd say 11. I visited several ok... so long story short, this place is A+++++++++!!!!! If you were to asked me on a scale of 1-10 of my satisfaction, I'd say 11. I visited several other VW and BMW dealers, but my sales person Ann absolutely sealed the deal with me by the way she listened, found my preferences, understood my budget, and heard my goals. I was shocked by how human, real, and sweet she was. I also didn't make it easy because I was pretty sure I was going to buy from another dealer, and I was just walking their lot as a double-check of their inventory 30 minutes before they closed. ANNE fulfilled all of expectations from A+ customer service, to an A+ deal, and she and Ed (the general manager) even STAYED TWO HOURS AFTER sales had closed while I was finishing my deal. They walked me out to congratulate me and hugged me even though it was late and beyond their store hours. I signed a beautiful tiguan, and I was beyond satisfied with the service overall.Ann felt like my advocate in the deal making, and Ed (sales manager) matched a deal made by other dealer. I met 5-6 people, who were not affiliated with my sale, that simply congratulated me on my purchase, and every person asked my name, shook my hand, introduced themselves, and welcomed me to the VW family (I owned a BMW prior to this) In fact, I met the finance manager, Carl, who is hilarious, and went through every single step of the process ("don't sign this unless you know this" "how do you feel about this..." "does this seem important based on your driving habits?" "Tell me how you'd like to pay, these are the numbers, let's look at the option"). Everything felt exactly as car buying should: zero pressure, transparency, no hidden fees, and exceptional customer service. I am writing this review the morning after my purchase, and I am still in awe of the entire staff's genuine humanness and willingness to listen and help. I would suggest this place to ANYONE! (And ask for ANN!!!!) She is simply the KINDEST advocate in a car buying process, and that is an understatement. More

I had been back and forth about getting rid of my Jeep and felt so comfortable with the deal that we worked out, that it was a no-brainer. More

After walking out of a Ford dealership where five salesmen stood chatting whilst ignoring my wife and I, we next went to Prestige VW in Stamford. The experience could not have been more different. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a big smile and warm welcome from Franklin. He was extremely patient in showing us all the available options within our budget. At no time did we feel pressured, or rushed - he made the whole process stress-free. The following day I returned with my son Charlie to get his view of the car. Franklin joked and chatted with 10 year old Charlie and made him feel like his opinion was as valuable as the adults. He really went out of his way to make Charlie feel special. So much so, that Charlie came up with a slogan - "Who puts the SWAG into VolkSWAGen? Franklin Charmevil at Prestige VW!" Franklin got us a great deal on the car, and we are delighted with it. Would sincerely recommend Franklin, Carl, Corey and all at Prestige VW for excellent, friendly and non-pressured customer service. A great experience! Thank you guys. More
Impressive is an understatement I just got a new job and knew what car I wanted but the only person who had the Volkswagon I wanted was Bical Chevrolet in Valley Stream, New York (do I just got a new job and knew what car I wanted but the only person who had the Volkswagon I wanted was Bical Chevrolet in Valley Stream, New York (do not ever go there, they are terrible). Since my experience there was not great and I live in Stamford, I went to Prestige. Talk about a night and day experience. Prestige has such a friendly and helpful staff, they called me the next day to ensure I was happy with my service (I have never had a car place do that and it was so nice!) then I had a tire issue and the Service Manager, Trevor Martin came out, went absolutely above and beyond what any Service Manager has ever done for me by explaining to me what happened and got his awesome mechanic, Freddy (who was spectacular too) to fix the issue and check for more issues. Thanks to them, they found a huge oil leak because the Chevy dealer reused a washer! If you are looking for a car, please go to them, ask for Anne or Franklin for sales and definitely Trevor for service, you wont be disappointed. More

They knew the vehicles very well and explained all of my options very clearly. I was walked through the purchase/trade in process and it couldn't have been easier. Even when we hit a few snags they handled everything swiftly and professionally. If you are in the market for a car you should do yourself a favor and get over to Prestige and talk to Sam.
