We had stopped by on a weekend just to check out the Tiguans - and were welcomed by Matthew Barbour at the lot. Matt was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly - he was not pushy or trying to oversell ! It was a hot summer afternoon and Matt was patient and nice enough to let use drive TWO cars - just because after driving the first one, we saw a different trim and loved it! .. Anyways .. after that - throughout the negotiation process - Matt was very helpful to answer all our questions and provide everything we wanted to see - over emails! He was very responsive and a great person to work with! Next, after we decided on a car - and went over to pick it up .. everyone at the dealership were really nice to interact with! Edward welcomed us and was very nice! So was their finance manager Carl! .. Franklin was very courteous and friendly when he walked us through the basic features. OVERALL an Excellent experience ! .. Brittani was my Service Advisor; she really made me feel like she was looking out for my best interests, and she gave me regular progress updates. The final bill was very reasonable, and they didn't release the car until they were confident that the car was reliable again. More

When I arrived on the lot I was immediately approached by Manny, a salesman who asked me how he could help me. I told him that I needed to replace my very old car that I was concerned about my credit, which was less than stellar. He was very helpful and let me know about all my options. Also Carl at the finance department worked VERY HARD to get me approved and he did an amazing job -- very impressed with Carl. I have financed three other cars and I have to say that this was probably the best experience that I have had, and it was very quick compared to what I have experienced in the past. I am very happy with my certified pre-owned Jetta and feel like I got a very good value because of the extended warranty and service options. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More
