Terrible SERVICE department I've been a Volkswagen owner for the past four years now on my second Jetta. Brittany was always awesome at the service desk and now she is gone. I pay monthly for a tire program so whenever my tire light comes on I bring my car in for service as there is a mechanic in my family. They originally told me I had to wait two weeks and if the tire pops get a tow, than magically were able to squeeze me in when I said I was no longer going to be a customer. Today when I went to pick up my vehicle that I had dropped off for the tire to be repaired with the tire program, I was told I had to pay $129. I was NEVER told ahead of time of the fee, the gentleman nicely said we will look at the car and make sure everything is OK not letting me know "looking" was over $100, which I would of kindly declined as I said before I have a mechanic in my family. When I let the gentleman at the service desk know this he had an attitude laughed walked away came back threw a paper at me and said just sign here and next time you don't have to come here for your tire you can use the program anywhere. I never knew that until today that the tire program is available anywhere, which I'm am so grateful to know because I will never recommend another customer to their dealership ever again. Brittany never told me that over the last four years, she always went up and beyond to help others. They screwed up when she left and I plan on trading my car in for a Honda next week. I REFUSE to pay $400 a month for a car where the dealership has no respect for you. Goodbye Volkswagen and the xxxxxxx guy at the service desk! More

0 stars sales team I was looking for a certain CPO vehicle and willing to travel for it. I dealt with 10-15 dealerships from Ohio to MD. Prestige was the only place I I was looking for a certain CPO vehicle and willing to travel for it. I dealt with 10-15 dealerships from Ohio to MD. Prestige was the only place I had to repeatedly chase for info. I had mentioned the name of another dealer that had a comparable car- they made up lies about that other dealer. I ask for a quote emailed over to me and they keep tacking on extras I didn't want. Wasted my time going back and forth with them. Wound up going 4 hrs to get what I wanted elsewhere solely based on not wanting to buy from here. More

Very positive dealership experience! Just leased a 2017 Passat and I am very pleased with my decision. From start to finish I was treated with a level of professionalism and respect that I did not find at other dealerships. Obviously the sign an drive deal was one of he best arond, but I never felt pressured during the whole process. Their presentation allowed me to make an educated decision without any buyer's remorse. I felt as if a friend was helping me find my new car, Matt was a gentleman and true professional and never came off as a typical car salesman. The rest of the staff such as Eric Goldstein and Edward Schoonmaker who had been working some extremely long hours in November, were very friendly and accommodating during both of my visits. It was a pleasure doing business with Prestige Volkswagen and will definitely refer family and friends in the future who are looking to get into a new vehicle. Cheers Guys!!! More

The initial over the phone communications were pleasant and professional. He's a man of his word - always getting back with the information requested and in a timely manner. The experience continued when I arrived at the dealership. Matt was there to greet me and my family and continued to be a stellar salesman and again - true gentleman. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and took his time to go over everything with me. The car was meticulously detailed. Once we were ready to sign, we were introduced to Eric Goldstein and again we were made to feel comfortable. Eric was able to get us a terrific financing rate and he went over all our options pertaining to financing and coverage.
