I have had many issues with this dealership since leasing my car in May 2023. The car itself needed to be serviced many times within the first 6 months. The service department is horrible. My main complaint is when I went in the office with the finance director to make the payment, I was offered tire protection, my husband told me not not to agree to any plans because the car would come with a certain amount of damage coverage, I felt pressure to get something I know I probably didn’t need so I declined the offer. His attitude change when I continue to say no. I doubt he would act like that if someone else was in the room other than a female. He was abrasive and dismissive when speaking to me after I declined and made the experience of getting a new car a less exciting. More
