The worst experience purchasing a car in my life. I went to buyout my leased car, enquirer as to what was needed before starting the transaction, and made an appointment to complete the transaction. N I went to buyout my leased car, enquirer as to what was needed before starting the transaction, and made an appointment to complete the transaction. Not only were they not ready, no one seemed to know how to do any of the paper work. It took 3hrs to complete the paperwork, during which time they made a bunch of claims that later turned out to be false. Then the temporary tags ran out because they forgot to do anything about them. I had to go in and make a scene to eventually get a loaner car until such time as mine could be tagged (they had suggested driving mine without tags and that each time I was stopped they would just pay the fines). When the tags finally arrived, I still needed a state inspection even though they had told me explicitly that would be completed before the transaction was completed. I was fully prepared to do what was needed and pay what I had to pay, but they either lied on numerous occasions to get the car and me out of their hair, or they simply have no idea what they were doing. I love the car, but the purchasing experience was by far and away the worst I have ever experienced. I would not only never go back, I would actively tell people that I would not recomend buying from them. More
