Simplest car purchase EVER Todd was great, showed me a number of cars with different options, explained each option to me, and found the exact car I wanted. Before I picked up Todd was great, showed me a number of cars with different options, explained each option to me, and found the exact car I wanted. Before I picked up the car he had preset the radio stations, set up the bass, treble, etc., and entered my preferred ambient color, He also joined my phone to the dashboard and ran me through and explained all of the dashboard and steering wheel settings. That was A LOT of work. We also went through the first aid kit and the repair kit, he showed me the spare tire and the subwoofer, and of course ran me through the locking/unlocking functions and also how to start and turn off the car. Quite a few things have changed since I bought my 2005 standard shift Jetta, but Todd kept me on an even keel. More
