Rude and Arrogant! James was the most rude and arrogant person I have ever came in contact with dealing with this hassel that Volkswagen credit put us through trying to James was the most rude and arrogant person I have ever came in contact with dealing with this hassel that Volkswagen credit put us through trying to transfer a lease. When I took the car in to see if they would buy out the lease he was all for it and wanted the car. I was told that it would be a long process to get that model so I could look at another one on the lot, that one was sold. I didnt get my hopes up and started looking at other vehicles and makes. Two days after giving the car back they called and told me its ready for sale that they got the title. Well too late I explained already bought another car. James calls me and says "what is he supose to do with this car, thats the last time he does a favor for anyone!" A favor they made such a big deal about getting the title that it was such a long process and I have been dealing with this since May! VW is know for being a friendly company with great salesmanship this dealer does not fall into the catogory! More
