Simplest car purchase EVER Todd was great, showed me a number of cars with different options, explained each option to me, and found the exact car I wanted. Before I picked up Todd was great, showed me a number of cars with different options, explained each option to me, and found the exact car I wanted. Before I picked up the car he had preset the radio stations, set up the bass, treble, etc., and entered my preferred ambient color, He also joined my phone to the dashboard and ran me through and explained all of the dashboard and steering wheel settings. That was A LOT of work. We also went through the first aid kit and the repair kit, he showed me the spare tire and the subwoofer, and of course ran me through the locking/unlocking functions and also how to start and turn off the car. Quite a few things have changed since I bought my 2005 standard shift Jetta, but Todd kept me on an even keel. More

This car was not even at Prestige but with-in a few days they had the car I wanted and delivered with a price and interest rate fitting for me! Beyond lucky and satisfied with the excellent service at Prestige VW. This was my second purchase from Stamford and I live in West Haven, didn't mind the commute with the great service and no hassles. THANKS AGAIN!! I am loving my 2019 GLI autobahn! Car is AMAZING!! Can't get title because of dealer sloppiness - DONT FINANCE Buyer beware. I bought a used car last August and financed it. I paid the loan in full in December but have been unable to get the title from the lo Buyer beware. I bought a used car last August and financed it. I paid the loan in full in December but have been unable to get the title from the loan financing company because Prestige won't fax necessary paperwork from the initial purchase. This was for a gap insurance policy that I didn't even want but was tacked on by the dealer's finance manager. Both the loan finance company (TD Bank) and I have made numerous calls and sent email requests and either been lied to or not had the request followed up on. I cannot speak to their service department and the salesperson who sold us the car was wonderful but I would NEVER buy from them again. I own the car outright but still don't have title! More
