They took my wants into deep consideration and it was so meant to be because the car I was looking for was IN STOCK! In a few hours we were ready to ROCK! Todd in sales was is quick, responsive, a great communicator and made my entire experience awesome!! The paperwork and signing process was quick and painless. Todd guided me through the whole process and answered any questions (if I had any!!)! When I went to pick up the car, Todd ensured it was PERFECT! He even took the time out of his day to set a few cool XM stations on my presets, it made the experience more personal as I was learning about all the new bells and whistles. Not to mention he has great taste in music, I rocked out the whole way home in my new car! I loved the VW key chains on my two keys, they are a great touch, Todd had them added to each key so when he handed the keys over, they looked special and well branded. Todd is a welcoming person but also is great representation of the dealer as a whole because every single person I have interacted with at VW of Stamford has gone above and beyond.
