I was planning to lease an Audi Q3 but decided to take a look at the new Tiguan just Let me begin by saying I love love love my new Tiguan (my 4th). I was planning to lease an Audi Q3 but decided to take a look at the new Tiguan just in case I liked it. To my surprise, it drove beautifully and was very comfortably. To my other surprise, William Aquino turned out to be the best salesman I've ever known and better, Charlie Safarian, is the nicest, fairest, most caring manager ever. He provided me with the most amazing customer service which I never got when I went to Audi. My visit which was only to check out the Tiguan turned into signing paperwork, paying a deposit and picking up my new car 2 days later. This is how it should be done. Great team at Prestige and I will recommend them to all my friends who are in the market for a new car. Last but not least, this new Tiguan is incredible and I am so happy I got it. Happy with my sales experience Oscar and Luke were great to work with and made the entire experience very easy. The only negative was a small chip in the paint which I noticed before driving away. Although the chip was small, I think this should have been caught during the detailing and/or cilajet application. The service manager was immediately notified by Oscar and an appointment made to fix the chip. If it weren't for that, I would have given a 5-star rating. More

I had been looking at the Tiguan for a while and I finally took the plunge and traded that Honda for a 2019 Tiguan SEL Premium. I absolutely love this SUV! Such a difference! I HIGHLY recommend Erik because he made the process smooth and easy. He knew exactly what type of car I wanted and he made sure I was happy with it and I got a fair deal.
