Bait and switch I am a single mom of 3 young kids and I needed a bigger new car and to trade in my old one. After agreeing on price and A quoted APR of 2% I showed up I am a single mom of 3 young kids and I needed a bigger new car and to trade in my old one. After agreeing on price and A quoted APR of 2% I showed up with my trade in only to learn that the APR I was quoted didn’t apply to the car I was buying. (And a whole bunch of contradictory double talk.) I then said “thanks but no thanks” that the deal was off. They said that I had to proceed b/c they had already cancelled the registration on my trade in and couldn’t get it reinstated on a Friday at 4:30. I said that I felt like I had a gun to my head, Luke said “no you don’t.” So I again said, “the deal is off and I would like to leave with my car”. Then Luke again said I couldn’t and admitted that I basically did have a gun to my head. I’ve heard about shady car salesmen but that hadn’t been my experience. I then was basically forced into signing the paperwork as my hungry 3 year old started climbing the walls. It was such a horrible experience. I’m guessing there are better dealers in the area. Stay away from this one! (And I wasn’t even going to mention the comment Charles made about “making sure my husband saw the car before I made any decisions.”) The only bright spot was Taft who was very helpful getting all my stuff out of my car. More

Door to Door Service Oscar, Jorge and Luke from Prestige were great. I saw the Atlas at an air-cooled car show in Westport and while the dealership is in Stamford, I live Oscar, Jorge and Luke from Prestige were great. I saw the Atlas at an air-cooled car show in Westport and while the dealership is in Stamford, I live in Trumbull. They drove the Atlas to Trumbull after the show for my wife and kids to check out and then delivered it again to our home and picked up the trade. Seamless and convenient. Thanks! More
