Todd McElwee was absolutely fantastic when I called the I can't express how wonderful it was dealing with Prestige for my first car buying experience. Todd McElwee was absolutely fantastic when I called the dealership to get more information on the new 2020 Tiguans and was even more helpful in person. He was able to work with management to help me find the perfect car to drive away with ASAP. Most dealerships will drag you along for hours on end wasting your entire day but I was in and out of Prestige driving away with my new car in less than 3 hours, all thanks to Todd!! Jasmine from Finance was also incredibly kind and quick with her end of the process. Knowing that Finance/additional warranty is the last part of the process, she was understanding and not pushy when I told her that I was not interested in purchasing additional services. I highly recommend Prestige and Todd to anyone looking for a VW!! More

My salesperson Todd McElwee was patient and knowledgable, promptly responded to my emails and phone calls, and was happily available at a couple of unannounced visits. Further - he passed more detailed inquiries to a tech, Kevin Builes, who deserved the Nobel Prize for "Patience in Dealing with a Customer" for his detailed explanations to my questions at both pre-purchase and delivery. These guys truly exeplify the best in their business and are invaluable assets to the dealership. Jasmine Kendricks was very pleasant and efficient and made the finance portion of the sale painless.
