When I did find inventory available the representative I'd email with made me feel like they didn't want to be bothered by my questions. When I got in contact with Joe my experience was the exact opposite. Even though we were working via email, he was courteous, quick to respond, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. On top of all that, he was able to give me a deal that I couldn't get from any of the other dealers I'd spoken to in 4 other states! When I finally decided to purchase the car he was able to get everything set up in a matter of hours. At the dealership the great customer service continued. My car was up front and ready to go.
