I met Katie at the dealership and found her to be personable in a professio I have been a customer of Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford for many years. I met Katie at the dealership and found her to be personable in a professional manner. She answered many of my questions regarding the new lease and made an offer I couldn't refuse! Although I initially wanted to lease a Jetta either a S or SE, I leased the NEW Jetta S (R), which has a sleek modern look. I'm still getting use to all of the "bells & whistles" of the new car. The only blemish on the whole process was the fact that I was not aware William Aquino was professional and courteous. He was very easy to work with. The only blemish on the whole process was the fact that I was not aware that CT does not require safety inspection as I had come from NY to purchase the vehicle. If you let customers from out of state know of any potential issues they may encounter, even if it's something you can do nothing about, it would go the extra step just to let the customer know. More
