Purchase experience - 2019 Alltrack I recently purchased a 2019 Alltrack. I am a VERY particular consumer - well informed with lots of questions and concerns. My experience at Prestige VW was exceptional from start to finish. My salesperson Todd McElwee was patient and knowledgable, promptly responded to my emails and phone calls, and was happily available at a couple of unannounced visits. Further - he passed more detailed inquiries to a tech, Kevin Builes, who deserved the Nobel Prize for "Patience in Dealing with a Customer" for his detailed explanations to my questions at both pre-purchase and delivery. These guys truly exeplify the best in their business and are invaluable assets to the dealership. Jasmine Kendricks was very pleasant and efficient and made the finance portion of the sale painless.
