The sales experience with Taft was great via email (we already test drove the vehicle months before which made it easier). Pick up process not great. I would expect that any wet signatures could be done while getting an overview of the vehicle. Everything else should be online before arrival. Unorganized, car was supposed to be ready at 12, wasn’t until 1 then took over a hour to get out of there still. On top of a leash spending over 2+ hours on the initial visit when I took a 15 min test driv until 1 then took over a hour to get out of there still.
