He and Mike, the finance manager, worked together and found us cars that were within our budget. Todd stayed in contact with me through the whole process. He set up my car preferences to my liking, explained the ins and outs of the touch screen, and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Our experience at Prestige was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with bright faces and smiles that said "we're glad you're here". Our sales consul EXCEPTIONAL!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with bright faces and smiles that said "we're glad you're here". Our sales consultant, Todd Mcelwee, greeted us with a firm handshake and carefully determined what type of vehicle we were interested in seeing. We were soon test driving a beautiful 2025 Jetta Sport and he elaborated all the special new features on this spectacular car! We were sold on the. spot! Incredibly, he said we could drive this beauty home. TODAY! While he started work on the paperwork, we went home to pick up our license plates and previous registration. Then Mike from Finance helped secure the very best finance rate for our purchase in record time. Todd provided all the necessary info to our insurance folks smoothy and efficiently. Our beautiful new Jetta was then detailed to perfection! At 6pm we drove off in our new car! In all my years of car buying, 46 years, I have never had such an efficient, professional and enjoyable buying experience!! Todd was truly amazing.
