Not a big fan of service here. Why does my driver seat need to be moved ? I set them to my needs and this car doesn’t have memory seats. I also asked service based on what my salesman said at time of purchase to put on wheel locks. I purchased at parts dept here. When I called service they said it will cost me 65 dollars to put them on. That’s great to take advantage of a customer who purchased a new car and even his own wheel locks. I went to a different Toyota near me and they did it for free! Way to go prestige! More
Had a poor experience buying a car at this dealership from my initial contact to finally receiving the ownership document. There is a major lack of communication between people and departments that work from my initial contact to finally receiving the ownership document. There is a major lack of communication between people and departments that work at this dealership. Communicating with the dealership was also an absolute mess, it was hard to reach anyone in the finance department or the DMV clerk, countless voicemails and emails were sent with no response. I paid for temp tags and never received one for > 60 days since purchase before the finally paperwork got to me. Maybe I'm a wild card and my purchase experience was just an unlucky one, but I hope someone learns something from experience. More
