My recent experience at Toyota of Ramsey was like all prior experiences. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and informative. My wait was relatively short. Terrible experience. I brought my brand new truck in for an initial oil change and to take care of a few warranty issues. I was told it is Toyota policy that they cannot I brought my brand new truck in for an initial oil change and to take care of a few warranty issues. I was told it is Toyota policy that they cannot do anything until at least 6000 miles, which I later found out was not true. Extremely rude and condescending service manager (Tom Carrino) who spit out incorrect information about Toyota policy, lied about warranty coverage, spoke over me consistently, argued, and told me to take the truck back where I bought it from! The other service specialist, Wayne Schneider, muttered condescending remarks under his breath the entire time. I will never come back here. People like this should not be working in a customer-facing job. More
