Tried to change service date no one answers phones. Did on line chat 6 times each time told someone would get back to me 2 days later still haven’t heard from anyone. . The service man made an error on my bill and apologized but refused to fix the problem and started to have an attitude about the situation. He said the service was closed and he can’t help me.
