Technician: Carlos Santos did not do good job I own two Toyota cars. I always bring them to Prestige Toyota Service Center at Mahwah to do the maintenance & services. I had very GOOD experiences w I own two Toyota cars. I always bring them to Prestige Toyota Service Center at Mahwah to do the maintenance & services. I had very GOOD experiences with this place. But, I disappointed with my last service which was on Saturday 03/17/2018. I brought my Camry to do the regular maintenance with multi-point inspection. At the end, service advisor Chris told me the air filter was dirty and may need to be replaced. Everything else is in good shape. I drove locally on Saturday and Sunday. Everything seemed running fine. Monday morning, on the way driving to office, the "Check Engine" light stays on all day long. Once I returned home at afternoon, I opened the hood and realized the Air Filter box wasn't screwed up and off the base. Dirty air, or even leaves might enter the engine that causes the "Check Engine" warning light stays on. My car may have big trouble. More
Consistently Excellent Service I have been exclusively using Prestige Toyota service since 2005 (prior to moving to 16 McKee Dr) and have had consistently excellent service. The waiting facility is conducive to working and their is a quiet area with PC's. The provide loaners when the wait time is long. The repairs costs are not cheap, but are fair and completed correctly the first time. I will buy my next car at Prestige and plan to continue to use their service. More

Screw Driver in place of a screw Recently I took my car to get serviced at Prestige Toyota only to be utterly shocked a few days later. Someone broke the screws that's hold up the pla Recently I took my car to get serviced at Prestige Toyota only to be utterly shocked a few days later. Someone broke the screws that's hold up the plastic cover that protects my oil tank and engine. Instead of informing me, they decided to place a screw driver where the screws were suppose to be to hold it up. As I was driving I noticed the bottom of my car was scrapping the floor. When I discovered the screw driver I was shocked they would let something like this happen. I thank god that screw driver didn't puncture my oil tank or cause further damage to my vehicle. Please check your car before leaving! More

Sloppy and rushed.. Had my sequoia recall work done here. One of the SLOPPIEST job that I can imagine. They sprayed the paint. Paint was everywhere - on the cooling fans, engines hoses , literally every where. When I raised the concern they did nothing but lip service. They had also enticed me have the sequoia recall done at their place - since these were 10K plus jobs - that toyota was paying for, as a recall. They offered me a free oil change service in lieu, which they didnt upheld, since the management has changed and the new management is worse than the previous bunch and flat out said no (very rude). Stay away, as this is a volume driven, service center. Their mechanics are rushed and QUALITY IS NOT A PRIORITY HERE. TIP - take pictures of your car - front and back before you give them the keys - because of the volume and rush, your car may be side swiped or damaged ( bumper scratches are common) as they move so many cars in an out of the workshop at high speed. My recommendation - just stay away. Unless you are happy with slopppy jjob that you paid top dollars for. More

I brought my 2012 RAV4 in for service on 5/12/16 and as I sat in the waiting room, I could hear how nice all of the Reps talked to others waiting. They explained things and treated everyone with concern. It was nice to see this. I dealt with Ray Mariano, Asst. Service Mgr. and he treated me very nice, and arranged a loaner car since it was going to be several hours to do the work on my vehicle. He has a very pleasant, upbeat personality. He is an asset to the company. Thank you for great service. It's a class operation. Another thing, as my husband and I pulled into the service area with the loaner, large overhead monitors displayed Welcome and our name. That was so neat. It made us smile. It's nice to see them treat older people with respect. Thanks Toyota, More
