"Service" My car needed an oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointment at Prestige, even though I live in Pompton Lakes and could have gone to a local service station. I have been going there a while now and feel that they have been very honest with me regarding my vehicle. They have two waiting areas, so I usually choose the quiet one. You can wait in comfort. Although I am not good with names, I found the staff not only to be extremely courteous, but efficient. I will continue to go the extra distance to obtain service as long as I am completely satisfied. More

freindly and convinient service I came in with my 2012 toyota Highlander that has 76000 miles with out an appointment to do a oil change and check out a noise coming from the rear le I came in with my 2012 toyota Highlander that has 76000 miles with out an appointment to do a oil change and check out a noise coming from the rear left wheel that sounded like a bad bearing ,they did the oil change right away and said since it's the end of the day and they don't have time to check out the noise and they don't want me driving something that can be dangerous,they put me into a loaner for free and fixed the bad bearing the next day I was very pleased with the friendly service More

Great Customer Service When I arrived I had expected to leave my 2016 Highlander for repair of a broken splash plate and secure a loaner. But Tom Jacob was able to immediate When I arrived I had expected to leave my 2016 Highlander for repair of a broken splash plate and secure a loaner. But Tom Jacob was able to immediately cooridnate an assessment of the damge and detrmine that I could have the car fixed and take it with me. That saved me a lot of time.
