this service was to change out snow tires for standard. the service was done efficient, however, when I brought the car home, the next morning, I had a flat and needed to have a tow to the service departmen the service was done efficient, however, when I brought the car home, the next morning, I had a flat and needed to have a tow to the service department. It was discovered that one of the tires was not properly inflated as the air valve was not tightened. This is a fundamental task when changing tires. It should have been done better. Other services at this location were fin and this was an unusual event. It was an unfortunate and annoying, especially on a holiday weekend. More

Mileage checkup and new tires Everyone was very friendly and the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Shawn worked with me to complete paper work. Upon checking out I had a question about my Bluetooth and he took the time to help me. My only consistent complaint about the service department was the lack of the complimentary car wash. Each time I drop my car off I make a very big deal about how much I look forward to the interior and exterior car wash that should be completed. Each time it is NEVER completed and always checked off on my paperwork. Makes you wonder what else is being checked off as completed but lied about. More
