Express oil service NOT so express I recently took my Highlander for an oil change, which was still 3k miles away from the recommended change at every 10K miles. For this reason I deci I recently took my Highlander for an oil change, which was still 3k miles away from the recommended change at every 10K miles. For this reason I decided on the express oil change which the website states takes 60 minutes or less. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am & arrives half an hour early to my appointment. To my disappointment the oil change was not completed until after 10:00 am. More

Very efficient Brought my Camry in for my 10K mile checkup. Turns out I'd taken a nail in one of my tires and it had to be replaced. My service person not only checked to see if I had tire insurance (I do) but called and got the claim approved right away. I've been having my Toyotas serviced at Prestige for years and I always appreciate the knowledgeable service people and how efficiently they do their jobs. More

Service quality has always been great, the advisors are attent Been utilizing this Toyota service center for my leased Tacomas for the past 10 years. Service quality has always been great, the advisors are attentive, and the facility is spotless. Service was horribly slow for years. Use to have to set aside a full morning for a simple oil change and multipoint inspection, often taking 2.5 hours!. About two years ago they created the express service. It did help, cutting the time down to about an hour (still a lot longer than the 15 minutes spent at quick lubes). This time, while it was still express, waited 1;40 with an 8am appt. Looks like I may be going back to paying for the service at an outside facility. My time is too valuable to waste that long on a simple maintenance appointment. More
