My car was 18 days in service, they told me they would give me another car because they didn't want to deal with all the problems from the car I bought and they lied to me. I spent my time, and gas. I made many phone calls day after day and no one could help me, not even the general manager. I don't recommended prestige toyota at all... More

First Poor Experience in Many Visits I have been to this service center multiple times and they have always been wonderful. The facility is always clean, accommodating, and successfully p I have been to this service center multiple times and they have always been wonderful. The facility is always clean, accommodating, and successfully provides an enjoyable atmosphere for customers to wait for their vehicle. Moreover, the people working on my SUV have always been empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes to answering any questions that I have about my Toyota. One last thing I would like to note about the general employees at Toyota is that the individuals working the front desk and car drop-off have always been very approachable and kind. I have always indubitably felt safe and confident leaving the fate of my vehicle in their hands. My most recent experience, however, was not as delightful on account of the person I unfortunately had to talk to about the issue going on with my vehicle. The poor experience began after I was directed over to a service representative named Peter I. to further explain the issue I was having with my vehicle. As my mother and I approached his desk, he looked at us nastily and said "I'm on the phone, I can't help you yet." Notably, he wasn't even on the phone at the time. Instead, a couple moments after we walked away I watched him pick up the phone, dial, and begin speaking to someone. A proper way to have handled the situation would have been to say "Hi, I have to make a phone call would you mind holding one moment," instead of barking at my mother and I. However, this part of my experience didn't bother me as much because I was empathizing with him, assuming he was having a hard morning and was possibly stressed out. I understand how stressful it could be working in customer service as I had for many years. Nevertheless, I dismissed his poor behavior and gave him a fresh start when he called us back over. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. If ignoring my mother after she said "Good morning!" to him twice as if she were invisible wasn't degrading enough, he gave me constant attitude when asking me questions about the issue going on. I had never seen a grown man use such distasteful facial expressions and speak so condescendingly, especially to someone he had never met before. Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable talking to him and felt very upset that he treated my mother with such repugnant behavior. Notably, we saw a substantial change in his behavior after my mother picked up his business card and whispered to me that we would have to write a review. Overall, this is unlike any experience I have ever had with Prestige Toyota (we have bought two cars from there and referred multiple people over, so it's not my first visit and far from my last). Although, it does not cost Toyota a dime to treat customers with dignity which unfortunately was not expressed during this visit. More
