Negatives: four weeks w/o a car and no loaner offered. Positives: Uber rides from and to the dealership; several updates from service manager Javier (though he was critical of my showing up at the service center to retrieve something from my car); the good quality of the repair work and that that it was fully covered by the 100,000 mile warranty.
