Good service. Just a bit of a wait. Was told my car would be ready in 45 mins, but wound up taking 1.5 hours. Things happen, I guess, but I’d rather they overestima Just a bit of a wait. Plus they wash your car, so not too much to complain about. Dealt mostly with Tom. He was great! Very friendly. More

had 60 min appointment I had a 60-90 minute waiting appointment. Because it was just oil change / tire rotation they would not give loaners. This is understandable. I wa I had a 60-90 minute waiting appointment. Because it was just oil change / tire rotation they would not give loaners. This is understandable. I waited in lounge for 2 hours and the service rep told me my car hadn’t been started and it was be at least an additional hour. I explained I had to leave to go to work and he apologized and said maybe they can get me a free detail but I needed to get to work and could not wait another hour. They brought my car out and Ieft. I also drive from Monroe, NY so I wasted gas, tolls, and my morning. Very unhappy. More
