Efficient, Knowledgeable and Friendly I drive from Pompton Lakes to use this service department. I believe it is the employees there that are efficient, professional and friendly that bri I drive from Pompton Lakes to use this service department. I believe it is the employees there that are efficient, professional and friendly that bring me back there for service. I believe employees are the backbone of any great company. I especially feel that Caroline Siderias is a tremendous asset to the service department. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and truly takes the time to carefully explain exactly what needs to be done and why. If I have questions, she is ready to answer them. She is one of the main reasons I continue to go back. It isn't only important that one gets a good mechanic and good service, but that one understands exactly the what and why to the issues. As long as they continue to service my vehicle well, and Caroline assist me in understanding, I will continue to go back. The only reason I gave only four star review was that it was very important to me that they had a Sienna loaner, and that is no longer available. More

Perfect From start to finish this service center was amazing. Friendly staff, and clean facility. I worked with the express team for my first service. Took care of the issues without question Gabi my service coordinator was excellent in handling all the issues. Mechanics did not repair the first time but Gabi took care of it and refunded my Gabi my service coordinator was excellent in handling all the issues.
