Chris Budde was verty helpfull and with a lot of patience. My wife took the car for oil change and brakes check. Another issue came up during the inspection. maintence and install new running board on time- done right Went into repair with 2 items. Told Service Advisor had a little time crunch. 30 minutes before I had to leave they came to me and said, the job wil Went into repair with 2 items. Told Service Advisor had a little time crunch. 30 minutes before I had to leave they came to me and said, the job will take a little longer than expected and we will line you up with a loaner. I said how much, they said maybe 45 minutes. I said I will wait and we cancelled need for loaner car and they were ready in 30 minutes. The key was they did not delay the work but had good reasons. They presented me with a solution without asking rather than a problem!!! Outstanding! More

50000 Factory Required Maintenance Service Had tire rotation done. Should have had car washed, but I doubt if it was washed. The inside was vacuumed clean, but there was nothing to show that th Had tire rotation done. Should have had car washed, but I doubt if it was washed. Great, fast service with a smile! I was assisted getting out of my car by a lovely gentleman and walked to the check-in desk and then sent to an Express Desk. Everyone was smiling!
