On my most recent visit, I was told that it would take 1.5 hours. It actually took 2.5 hours - and there were no problems with the car that would have required more time. In the past, service has always taken longer than I was told it would take. It would be better if more realistic estimates were given. Also, I booked my appointment online. I found it somewhat confusing and will book by phone going forward. That way I can be sure that any questions I have can be answered before the appointment. More
