Lack of technical knowledge !!! I have a tow package on my 2017 highlander I specifically wanted an oil change tire rotation and information regarding what I needed to tow a ca !!! I have a tow package on my 2017 highlander I specifically wanted an oil change tire rotation and information regarding what I needed to tow a camper. No one seem to know anything about towing other than drive a little slower. Apparently an electronic brake controller is required!!! So I’m scrambling a thousand miles from home to get one installed on my vehicle. Lack of technical knowledge on the part of three people that I inquired of at the service center was absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! More
Went to fix the problem with wheels/tires I went in the first week of June to fix the issue with the tires/wheels. There was noise while braking and also vibration during braking and when I dr I went in the first week of June to fix the issue with the tires/wheels. However, I still have the noise and vibration while driving. More
