Your cashiers do not know what they are doing !!! I was very happy with the receptionist , Service writer and the problem is taken care of the problems I need done . I am very dissatisfied with the cashier not telling me where I need to go to get my vehicle leaving we sit there for over 25 minutes before I finally had to go back up to ask about how to retrieve my vehicle . She basically insinuated I should know what to do without any direction whatsoever . For this reason I cannot give a higher rating than I have . More
